This notice explains how Caldr handles personal information collected through caldr.ai. Caldr is operated by Caldr Ltd, a Newton & Sinclair company, which is the data controller for this website.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company (if given), what you tell us in your message, and basic technical details sent by your browser (the page you were on, the referring page and your browser type). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is stored securely by our hosting and database providers, who process it on our behalf under contract. We never sell your details or pass them to third parties for their own marketing. If you are an owner considering a sale, nothing about you is shared with a buyer without your agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we are working together, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing rene@caldr.ai. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
